A diagnosis can be made by a Continence Nurse Advisor or Doctor.

A full continence assessment needs to be obtained including patients medical and surgical history, medications as well as a Urinary Diary.

From this information a treatment plan can be offered. Initial treatment plans involve conservative management of their problems, with regular follow-ups.
